Look for small led lights on the sensors.

If the problem persists check to see if the red safe t beam led indicator is blinking.
Make sure the carriage is engaged.
The transmitters remotes will not work to close the garage door.
If it is be sure that the lenses are mounted five to six inches from the floor on either side of the garage door opening.

Cycle the garage door through the opening and closing actions using the control on the garage wall or the remote unit from a vehicle.
