Check if the safe t beams red led light is flashing. Check that the emergency release cord has not been pulled. Press and hold the wall console button until the garage door is completey closed. Go to the learn button on your garage door opener.

The button is usually right next to the area the floppy antenna is connected to the motor head. Your garage door may be disconnected from the opener. The locking mechanism protects access to the garage by disabling the power unit. If an operational problem exists and the garage door opener will not close the opener can be forced to close.
